I started my apprenticeship as a lateral entrant at PORR Equipment Services in 2016 and have been a permanent member of the "Central Services" team ever since.
Even during my apprenticeship, I had the opportunity to familiarise myself with many different activities within PES and to develop myself. Now I'm an expert in my subject areas and am always on hand to help and advise all my colleagues.
It is motivating for me to know that my work supports all PES locations in Austria, Germany and the Czech Republic and that I am therefore making an important contribution to achieving our goals.
I find the good teamwork and the pleasant working atmosphere very positive. We not only stick together as a team during work, but we also enjoy spending time together after work.
