for the PORR Group

The multi-member central fleet management (FM) team plays a crucial role in keeping the companies of the PORR Group mobile with cars and light commercial vehicles.

With a fleet of over 8,000 vehicles, we enable PORRians throughout Europe to efficiently fulfil their daily tasks at hundreds of locations and construction projects.

Our tasks are diverse:

1. Fleet composition: We carefully select the manufacturers and models that form the backbone of our fleet. In doing so, we take into account the respective purpose and optimum suitability of the vehicles as well as the question of which employee groups and levels should and must have access to which vehicles. This is done Group-wide and is based on clear rules and regulations.
2. Mobility turnaround: In view of the constant changes in our modern world, we are working intensively on the mobility transition - the trend away from diesel engines towards hybrid engines and alternative drive systems.
3. Data management: In order to operate this enormous fleet economically and efficiently, we collect, process and interpret huge amounts of data.
