Operational Equipment Management (OP.GM) is responsible for optimising the technical and economic use of equipment within the PORR Group, as well as its comprehensive management throughout its lifecycle.
Its tasks include the provision, scheduling, rental, investment and reinvestment of construction equipment and vehicles. It follows uniform rules and standards over the entire life cycle of the machines and vehicles, which are mapped using a very high degree of digitalisation.
OP.GM has a wide range of mechanical engineering and business management expertise in various areas of construction, such as road construction, structural engineering, railway construction, special civil engineering and tunnelling. Comprehensive expertise in other specialised areas also forms the basis for being able to respond optimally to the needs of customers and projects.
OP.GM maintains operations and storage facilities in several countries in order to be as close as possible to its customers and their requirements as a service provider.
