I have been working at PORR Equipment Services in Linz since 2008. I started my apprenticeship as a construction machinery technician back then and am now a foreman.
During my time as an apprentice and later as a skilled worker in the field of construction machinery technology, I acquired a lot of knowledge, especially by repairing a wide variety of equipment at PES. I have been working as a workshop foreman since 2020 and benefit from my experience as an active mechanic. This helps me to solve technical challenges, sometimes over the phone, without having the devices in front of me. I enjoy sharing my knowledge with colleagues in order to work as a team in the best possible way.
My main tasks are to manage the day-to-day business and coordinate the mechanics. It is very important to me to invest time in our apprentices in order to give them a good education and make them our mechanics of the future.
I value the collegial working atmosphere in our team in Linz and the ability to find solutions to challenges together.
